About the Role
About You
- B.Sc. in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Consulting, or structured problem solving in technology and IT systems.
- Familiarity with end-2-end Planning and/or ERP solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of leveraging business intelligence data to prioritize new functionality.
- Proven ability to identify and articulate user needs and define user experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Intellectually curious with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Experience with IBP processes and/or Planning platforms.
- Exposure to sourcing or supply management analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and/or Databricks environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities.
- Background in B2B, supply chain, or manufacturing-heavy organizations.
- Product management training or certification.
