Summary
Vanguard is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Account Security to lead digital product management activities for a strategic fraud prevention product in Philadelphia, PA.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, Digital Account Security, you will be responsible for defining and owning the product vision and roadmap for Digital Account Locks. Your role will involve planning and implementing new digital capabilities, partnering with various teams to deliver secure solutions, and driving ongoing optimization through qualitative and quantitative techniques. You will also coach product teams on modern practices and manage production issues to enable rapid delivery.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of five years of related product management experience.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving technology, risk, and operational partners.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.
Preferred:
- Graduate degree.
- Experience in fraud prevention, security, identity, risk, or financial services.
- Experience building zero-to-one or platform-style digital products.
- Familiarity with applying AI-enabled tools or data-driven techniques in product discovery and delivery.
