- 3+ years’ experience supporting Business Operations, Accounting, or Product Enablement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.

- Experience with loan management systems or account systems.
- Basic proficiency in SQL query writing.
- Experience manually testing complex features.
