Summary
Paramify is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Lehi, UT. The role involves leading product development efforts in a continuous discovery environment focused on cybersecurity and compliance.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with UX Designers and Engineers to shape the vision, strategy, and execution of our SaaS application. Your responsibilities include leading discovery efforts to identify user needs, prioritizing product ideas, developing a clear product vision, and championing a data-driven approach to product development. You will also facilitate feedback loops with customers and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
About You
Required:
- Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with continuous discovery methodologies.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with lean product development and agile methodologies.
