Summary
Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Midtown, Manhattan. The role involves overseeing the management and success of the organization’s case management and enterprise application platforms.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture and analyze needs, recommend process improvements, and translate information into functional requirements. You will manage stakeholder expectations, work with software development teams, and ensure timely communication regarding software updates and changes. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining platform documentation, overseeing software renewals, and assisting with training programs for case management systems.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management and collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
- Proven experience managing software development lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrable project and product management skills with a track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Preferred:
- Experience working with case management systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Agiloft, and Jira.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector.
- Job-related technical/professional certifications.
