American Family Care is seeking a Product Manager, Practice Management & Front-End Operations to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves optimizing the core practice management ecosystem to enhance clinic efficiency and revenue performance.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the Practice Management System, redesigning patient access workflows, translating operational challenges into product requirements, and partnering with the BI team to track key metrics. You will also collaborate with internal developers and vendors to integrate systems and evaluate opportunities for automation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA/MHA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, or practice management system administration.
- Deep understanding of practice management workflows: scheduling, registration, eligibility, charge capture, and billing.
- Familiarity with EMR/PMS platforms (Experity, Athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.) and RCM systems (Waystar, Availity).
- Strong analytical, communication, and process design skills.
Preferred:
- Proven track record driving adoption and ROI for operational technology in multi-site healthcare settings.
