Summary
Indicon LLC is seeking a Product Manager for Power Distribution & Switchgear to join their team remotely in the U.S. The role involves leading product offerings and serving as the central link between various departments.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap for power distribution and switchgear offerings, identify new product opportunities, and evaluate customer needs. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and project management teams, oversee product development, and maintain a strong understanding of electrical distribution equipment used in solar farms, utility operations, and data centers.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in power distribution, switchgear, electrical panels, or utility electrical operations.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution hardware and panel configurations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination and drive results independently.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience coordinating with engineering, estimating, and project management teams.
- Prior product management or technical product ownership experience.
- Ability to travel periodically (<10%).
