About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Talent Technology, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing third-party solutions, redesigning business processes, and improving interoperability across various HR technologies. Key responsibilities include redesigning process flows, leading vendor evaluations, uncovering manual processes, and driving organization-wide change management strategies.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or HR technology in a complex, matrixed environment; 6-8 years of overall experience.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end product delivery from vendor selection through implementation and change adoption.
- Strong systems thinking with experience mapping and redesigning workflows for efficiency.
- Expertise managing and integrating core HR systems like Workday, Avature, Verint, and related tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
Preferred:
- Experience navigating ambiguity, balancing tradeoffs, and aligning business and technical teams.
