About the Role
As a Vice President, Product Manager - Benefits, you will be responsible for developing product strategies, managing discovery efforts, and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the successful launch of products and delivering exceptional client experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate new product offerings and enhance employee interactions with benefits and wellness offerings.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors to execute on shared customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust and credibility through knowledge of customer and business objectives.
- Effective negotiation skills with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Capable of blending qualitative and quantitative techniques to generate insights.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Background in leading product initiatives in HR or Customer Experience.
