About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the go-to-market strategy for SMB products, developing product positioning and messaging frameworks, supporting multi-channel acquisition strategies, optimizing web pages for conversion, writing creative briefs, driving product usage and member retention, conducting competitive research, managing marketing execution, and monitoring KPIs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing or similar marketing roles.
- A data-first approach to problem-solving.
- Experience combining high-level strategic planning with tactical execution.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to lead through influence.
- Strong project management skills with experience working in matrixed organizations.
Preferred:
- A deep understanding of small business owners' unique financial needs and pain points.
- Experience working with financial, lending and small business products.
- MBA encouraged to apply.
