About You
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, robotics, or factory integration.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC integration and industrial control systems.
- Python scripting for automation, data collection, or configuration.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (intermediate level preferred).
- Excellent customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
- Independent, proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and comfort working in production settings.
