About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of program/technical program management experience in a technology company.
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to engage with engineering teams on architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines, APIs, and ingestion/retrieval systems.
- Proven track record driving cross-functional programs with multiple teams.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, knowledge management, or multimodal data ingestion.
- Familiarity with agile/lean delivery frameworks and program management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in highly regulated or federal environments.
