Q2 is seeking a Product Owner to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves translating customer needs into prioritized features and acting as a bridge between Product Management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will develop a deep understanding of financial institution requirements, maintain and groom the product backlog, collaborate with engineering and data science teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment between product strategy and sprint execution. You will also document product features and engage with clients to optimize fraud prevention strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5–8 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and backlog management.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred:
- Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
