Summary
Novatae Risk Group is seeking a Product Owner for Wholesale/MGA Company to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves system configuration, continuous improvement of workflows, and training material development to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will take an end-to-end approach to ensure all key stakeholders are engaged in process decisions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with IT and other departments, improving workflows and standard operating procedures, developing training materials, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also maintain a complete view of current and future projects.
About You
Required:
- 5 - 10 years’ experience with a Wholesale Insurance Brokerage or MGA.
- Proven experience in a Product Owner role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of workflow optimization, process improvement, and technology integration.
Preferred:
- Experience with Dyad ALIS agency management system.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
