Summary
MFS Investment Management is seeking a Product Owner, Senior Analyst to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves supporting the team’s Digital platform(s) for managing fund information and reference data.
About the Role
As a Product Owner, Senior Analyst, you will lead the team responsible for the Product Data section of MFS.com, ensuring accuracy and reliability of reference data. You will communicate between Product stakeholders and the team, collaborate with the Chief Product Owner on the product roadmap, establish product release plans, and participate in scrum ceremonies. Your role will also involve enhancing knowledge of systems and products, managing budget with the Scrum Master, and participating in the internal Product Owner Community of Practice.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within asset management.
- Strong understanding of reference data and digital asset management in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe AEM and Seismic.
Preferred:
- Skills/experience with Adobe Products.
- Understanding of User experience concepts.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
