Your responsibilities will include analyzing and compiling data to create detailed dossiers for product development and claim testing projects, supporting project management efforts related to claim testing and product validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance aligns with market needs, and utilizing technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize formulations in personal care or cosmetic fields.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in cosmetic science, biology, chemistry, or related technical/scientific field.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in product testing, formulation, or research within the personal care or cosmetic industry.
- Technical proficiency with digital tools such as iMovie, Canva, TikTok, and editing software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation.
