About the Role
As a Product Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading solutioning and the adoption of client-facing products, serving as a subject matter expert, and engaging with client teams to understand their pain points. You will own pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning while collaborating with sales teams to create tailored solutions. The role requires a consultative approach to deeply understand client needs and implement effective product solutions.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent sales expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis.
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
- Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management.
- Exhibits excellent people skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Proven success with strong communication skills, verbally and written.
- Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across multitude of scenarios.
- Travel required, expected roughly 35%.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with proven successful track record.
- Strong technical skills with understanding multiple system integration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
