About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in platform technologies and AI to position Workday Agent Builder, Workday Extend, Workday Data Cloud, and Workday-Built Agents. You will engage C-Suite executives with a consultative sales approach, lead strategic sales, drive demand and adoption, scale enablement, orchestrate go-to-market strategies, and influence product development based on customer insights.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in complex enterprise software sales cycles with a record of achieving sales targets.
- 2+ years of experience selling solutions built on platform technologies.
- 1+ years of experience with modern AI technologies sufficient to articulate their business value.
Preferred:
- 6+ years of experience in complex enterprise software sales cycles.
- Experience in orchestrating cross-functional resources to support deal execution.
- Strong track record of customer advocacy and maintaining accurate customer data.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $129,900 - $158,800.
- Eligibility for the Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus.
