About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you will serve as one of the primary enterprise product leads for the Microsoft/O365 platform and other AI tools, ensuring smooth product lifecycle management and strategic releases that align with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic roadmaps, defining release strategies, coordinating deployments, communicating changes, monitoring usage metrics, and evaluating emerging technologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of professional experience in product management or ownership within enterprise technology environments with a strong focus on Microsoft platforms and AI technologies.
Preferred:
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft productivity platforms and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level Microsoft license management.
- In-depth knowledge of AI-driven tools and emerging technologies.
- Proven expertise in product lifecycle management.
