About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you will partner with customers to understand their business requirements, define scope, and implement software enhancements to streamline operations and drive revenue. You will handle customer adoption procedures, lead demos and training, drive proofs of concept, and address customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Staying updated on product knowledge and maintaining thorough documentation are key responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products.
- Strong software background and ability to master product functionality.
- Strong business consulting experience or equivalent in an external customer-facing role.
- Proven fast learner of enterprise applications.
- Ability to communicate in business terms with non-technical customer stakeholders.
- Experience driving technical discussions and discovery workshops with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and work across multiple projects.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Good to have knowledge of accounting principles, inventory management, and business processes optimization.
- Experience in the wellness/spa industry is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about the opportunities and challenges driving revenue in the health and wellness industry.
