About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the aviation field with Technical Records, Engineering, Maintenance, or Software Implementations.
- Experience with Trax or similar aviation maintenance software.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deescalate issues.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer issues with urgency.
