About the Role
As a Production and Design Specialist, you will partner with the ownership team to drive operational excellence, coach and train team members, manage production schedules, and ensure the delivery of quality products. You will also have the opportunity to evolve into a Store Leader position, executing sales strategies and managing store processes.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of related experience in retail, print shop, graphic design, sign production, or embroidery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of vehicle wrap installation experience.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop or Corel Draw.
