About the Role
As a Production and Inventory Control Manager, you will manage the flow of materials, coordinate production processes, assure the supply of raw materials, optimize the supply chain, and oversee purchasing, warehousing, and shipping operations. You will also be responsible for cost reduction initiatives, maintaining inventory control integrity, and managing staff performance while promoting interdepartmental harmony.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Supply Chain, Business Management, or equivalent discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Materials, Operations Management, and as a People Leader.
- 5+ years of experience in Planning / Supply Chain.
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement.
- SAP ERP system functionality and parameters required.
- Leadership experience within a production/inventory control environment.
- APICS or CSCP certification.
