About the Role
As a Production Associate I, you will be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing equipment, as well as documenting information on data forms and logs. You will work under the supervision of the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager, and must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The position requires standing for long periods and involves some light lifting.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalency required.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Teamwork skills.
- Manual dexterity.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Quality Systems regulations (cGMP).
- Clean room experience.
