About the Role
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for fiberglass rolling, mat laying, and composite reinforcements. You will also have opportunities for skill advancement into gun running and gel coating, all while ensuring a clean work area and adhering to safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in fiberglass/composite manufacturing.
- Experience in construction and/or tile installation.
- Experience with power tools and pneumatic tools.
- Forklift experience.
