About the Role
As a Production Engineer, E&I, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues, providing technical support for operations, monitoring line health, implementing data collection technology, creating process work instructions, training teams, organizing plant testing, and leading continuous improvement projects.
About You
Required:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3 - 7 years of experience in an industrial plant operations environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Previous project management experience.
- Experience with industrial scale processes and equipment, including automation.
- A passion for sustainability.
