About the Role
As a Production Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operational functions, ensuring quality measurements, fostering employee development, and maintaining safety standards. You will work closely with various departments to achieve service level agreements and manage facility staffing and budget.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or five years related experience in a production/manufacturing industry.
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively problem solve.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom's core values.
- Flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.
