Jabil is seeking a Production Group Leader to lead the operation of the back end of the manufacturing line in Clinton, MA.
About the Role
As a Production Group Leader, you will coordinate with the Manufacturing Supervisor to organize line workload and staffing based on product priority. You will ensure that work meets Jabil's workmanship standards, minimize changeover times, and manage material stock and availability. Your responsibilities will also include training line personnel, tracking production schedules, and adhering to safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two to six years of experience in a relevant Jabil production position or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Preferred:
- Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing.
