About the Role
As a Production Helper, you will assist welders and painters with tasks such as preparing, cleaning, and organizing parts for production. Your responsibilities will include sanding, grinding, and cleaning surfaces, using basic shop tools for simple welding tasks, and maintaining a clean work area. You will also follow instructions from supervisors and comply with safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Minimum of one year of shop experience (or recent graduate of a technical program).
- Ability to safely use basic shop tools (grinders, drills, paint guns, MIG machines for basic welds).
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in environments with heat, dust, or noise.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
