As a Production Helper, you will work in various areas including Shear, Deburr, Hardware, and CNC Punch. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading parts, assisting in assembly and packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also follow safety protocols and may be required to work overtime.
About You
Required:
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Dependability, honesty, and integrity.
Preferred:
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Experience with hand truck and pallet-jack operation.
- Strong attention to detail.
