About the Role
As a Production Intern, you will troubleshoot analog and digital circuits, conduct testing of boards, disassemble and reassemble aircraft avionics equipment, generate summary reports, and maintain an organized work area. This internship is designed for students pursuing an associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field.
About You
Required:
- Enrolled in a technical college pursuing an associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75/4.0 throughout the internship.
- Available to work 24 or more hours per week on weekdays.
- Ability to understand written work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Access.
- Ability to pass a required electronics assessment after the first year of school.
- Ability to successfully pass Astronautics solder training program.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Experience in electronic assembly or a manufacturing environment.
