About the Role
As a Production Laborer I, you will assist with the production line, load and unload parts from machines, feed items onto equipment, and ensure quality control by pulling non-conforming parts. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safety procedures, and adhering to the company's core values.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year of production experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and effective control standards.
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
- Ability to read, sort, check, count and verify numbers / perform simple arithmetic.
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
Preferred:
- Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team when necessary.
