About the Role
As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring production functions, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies, and assisting the Production Supervisor. Your daily tasks will include overseeing store housekeeping, maintaining equipment, training staff, and ensuring production goals are met. You will spend at least 85% of your time working directly with the production team.
