About You
- An undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree or equivalent experience of over 4 years in a technical manufacturing continuous improvement environment with a High School Diploma.
- Experience and demonstrated capability in leading others.
- A degree in Engineering, basic sciences, or business-related disciplines.
- Previous direct people leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc).
- Functional knowledge and understanding of HACCP concepts.
