- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment of 30°F to 45°F up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- 6 months of working experience.
- Ability to understand plant KPIs (production, quality & safety).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP & Sanitation guidelines & processes.
- Ability to multi-task and be cross-trained in multiple positions.
