Summary

LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Production Machine Trainee to join their team in Torrance, CA. The role involves performing basic set-ups and operating production machines to achieve company targets and standards.

About the Role

As a Production Machine Trainee, you will be responsible for operating up to three automatic machines to produce parts according to specifications. Your duties will include recognizing machine out-of-tolerance issues, performing trial runs, checking parts for conformance, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will work under supervision and participate in team meetings to report any issues.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in an Aerospace fastener manufacturing or industrial shop.

Preferred:

Working experience of manufacturing environment procedures.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of SPC & Shop Floor System.

Benefits

Hourly pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
