About the Role
As a Production Management Trainee, you will be responsible for gaining in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures through on-the-job training. Your duties will include learning about panel and lumber grades, lumber math, product costing, production scheduling, and budget control processes. You will also supervise activities in accordance with company policies and develop an understanding of Continuous Improvement and safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets.
