About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading an operations team to achieve world-class results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Your duties will include planning production activities, managing departmental budgets, coaching supervisors, coordinating production activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also work closely with supply chain and new product development teams to facilitate smooth production launches.
About You
Required:
- BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Business.
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years’ experience in manufacturing management, including lean methods and processes.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Experience in welding, paint, and/or assembly operations.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.
