About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for personnel management, quality assurance, brewing and cellar management, warehouse and inventory management, and packaging management. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain efficient operations within the facility.
About You
Required:
- MUST HAVE PRIOR BREWERY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!
- 5+ years brewing and cellaring experience.
- Valid California Driver’s License & clean driving record.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with quality assurance processes in brewing.
- Familiarity with EKOS software for inventory management.
- Experience in training and developing staff.
