About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising over 250 employees, scheduling and monitoring production, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will lead continuous improvement processes and develop best practices within the manufacturing environment.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree in engineering preferred.
- 8 years of manufacturing/engineering experience with demonstrated project and process management skills, including 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to analyze and problem solve various technical related issues.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Extrusion/thermoforming and LEAN experience.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and process improvement techniques.
- SAP experience.
- Demonstrated team building, motivational and leadership abilities.
