About You
Required:
- Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAGE ERP or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices
- Ability to manage work orders effectively using digital systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
