About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring machines are set up properly, troubleshooting and making adjustments, performing quality control checks, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. You will work collaboratively in a team environment during twelve-hour rotating shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year or more of previous experience working in a production, warehouse, industrial, farming, construction, manufacturing or military environment.
Preferred:
- Experience identifying, analyzing and troubleshooting quality issues.
- Experience troubleshooting equipment.
- Experience working with construction materials such as lumber, gypsum, plaster, brick, and insulation.
