- Strong computer skills — ability to navigate production software, input data accurately, and complete digital documentation.
- Operator experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical or operational issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- SAP ERP experience is highly recommended.
