About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will perform activities related to the compounding and mixing of materials, ensuring the even flow of properly mixed compounds throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include checking raw materials for contamination, operating equipment, monitoring mixing conditions, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols. You will also participate in training new associates and report any issues to supervision.

About You

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent is desired.
Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds regularly.

Preferred:

One (1) year manufacturing experience is preferred.
Good computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
