About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, packaging finished goods, and inspecting output to meet quality standards. You will support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction by following established operating procedures and customer specifications. Additionally, you will drive efficient operations using computer systems, increase operational flexibility through cross-training, and maintain steady production flow by providing break relief for team members.
About You
Required:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start.
- 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
Preferred:
- 1 year of manufacturing experience.
