About the Role
As a Production Specialist I, you will support the setup, changeover, and packaging of pharmaceutical products. You will work collaboratively with peers on the finishing line, maintain a quality-focused environment, and drive for excellence within your team. Responsibilities include adhering to safety procedures, performing housekeeping cleans, assisting in equipment setup, servicing manufacturing equipment, and troubleshooting minor issues.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate issues to appropriate engineering and mechanical teams.
Preferred:
- Technical experience and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Understanding and experience with systems such as POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO.
