About the Role
As a Production Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for data management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Your tasks will include mapping and documenting studio functions, building tracking systems in Airtable, creating workflow diagrams, and developing dashboards for project visibility. You will also support post-mortem analysis, maintain knowledge of production markets, and communicate effectively across various teams.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years in scripted Film and/or TV production, production coordination, production finance, or studio operations.
- Strong knowledge of production terminology, cast/crew positions, and industry hierarchies.
- Familiarity with production documents (budgets, schedules, call sheets, cost reports).
- Highly proficient in Airtable (database design, relational tables, automations).
- Strong proficiency in Excel; comfortable with Keynote.
Preferred:
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and manages multiple projects.
- Actively engaged in professional networking within the entertainment industry.
