Summary
KIND is seeking a Production Supervisor - Third Shift to join their team in High Point, NC. The role involves leading and overseeing day-to-day operations in a high-speed food manufacturing and packaging environment.
About the Role
As the 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will manage, mentor, and develop a team to ensure excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities include conducting safety audits, maximizing manufacturing output, supporting quality control programs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams in a high-volume process, packaging, or manufacturing environment, preferably in the Consumer Package Goods Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- BS preferred but not required, ideally in Manufacturing or Process Technology.
- Proven track record of managing significant growth including staffing and training additional shifts.
