Your role will include training employees, resolving work problems, and facilitating communication between departments to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong background in people skills and hands-on front line supervisory experience preferably in the area of packaging.
Preferred:
- BA/BS in Business, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in a high-speed packaging environment preferred.
