About the Role
About You
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or bakery.
- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and mathematical abilities.
- Ability to manage stress and personnel issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of GMP's, HACCP & O.H.S.A.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
